Lay Out Your Need
Tell me about your project, goals, and what you're looking to achieve, what types of support you need. If you book a 15min call we can look over different areas and levels of support I can provide.

I Provide a Quote with Rationalisation
I'll send you a quote explaining the scope, timeline, and investment required, with any options available for less / more involved work or for developing additional materials.

You Accept
If the quote works for you, we move forward. Usually need a two month lead time.
If it doesn't work for you, no hard feelings! I may recommend someone else for your context.
3B
If Budget is a Concern
I offer a minimum package with an example of what could be achieved in less sessions. We'll discuss: "Will we still be effective for your context?"

Contracting
We formalize the agreement, set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables.
Contracts ensure clarity and protect both parties.
I will usually ask for a 10% non-refundable deposit.

Work Commences
If yes, work commences - often after month two. We maintain regular contact and I provide you a nice interface through which to stay updated on my progress. Usually Google Drive and/or my own project management software.
Note: If I am building anything for you, timeliness depends on you getting me key materials in a timeley manner.

Evaluation
After completion, we review outcomes, gather feedback, and reflect on what worked well and how to work better in future. This informs both of our collaborations and continuous improvement and is an essential step we cannot miss.

For grassroots groups, non-funded or early stage organisations, and community groups
Stipulations: Limited slots available each month. Funded/established organisations should use Pro Rate.

Quality
My work has raised £1.7M (in the arts!), sold out shows around the world, comes well reviewed by all, and is the subject of a full PhD and about 4 masters projects. The question now is: “What can I do for you?”
Professionalism
On time, on budget, communicating in advance if things change, and this applies both ways. We must be the world we wish to build, and lead by example. Plus, happy clappy as we are, the cultural sector is unforgiving after multiple global crises. So I come correct so you can too.
Effective
I want you to succeed. I want a thriving sector and cross-sector collaborations. I know sometimes the difference between winning and just pulling through is just 10% here, 15% there, group mindset shift, leveraging volunteers better. But over a year or years that really makes a difference. That's why I'm a strategy geek.
Transparent
If I don't know, I'll ask. If you don't now, ask. I am open about my experience and inexperience, the tools I use, the ways I work, the rates I charge. I like to be open about tough and ugly bits of creative and cultural careers so we can make informed decisions about our paths.

When I'm able to sustain my practice, I can bring my full expertise, energy, and commitment to your project. Having achieved much and yet been through tough times I keep my head held high so all of us can.

Let's leave you with the tools you need to continue the work independently. As a systems thinker my pride and passion is devolving power, skills, and embedding better ways of creating and collaborating to transcend gatekeeping and hoarding.
