I Provide a Quote with Rationalisation
I'll send you a detailed quote explaining the scope, timeline, and investment required.

You Accept
If the quote works for you, we move forward. Usually need a two month lead time.

If Budget is a Concern
I offer a minimum package with an example of what could be achieved in one or two sessions. We'll discuss: "Will we still be effective for your context?"

Contracting
We formalize the agreement, set clear expectations, timelines, and deliverables. Contracts ensure clarity and protect both parties.

Work Commences
If yes, work commences after month two. If no, we part ways with good feelings, and I may signpost other practitioners or routes that I recommend.

Evaluation
After completion, we review outcomes, gather feedback, and reflect on what worked well. This informs future collaborations and continuous improvement.

Community Rate
Half day: £150
Full day: £250
For grassroots groups, non-funded organisations, and community initiatives
Stipulations: Available for non-funded groups and community-led initiatives. Funded organisations should use Pro Rate.
Pro Rate
Half day: £250
Full day: £400
For funded organisations, arts institutions, and professional development
Stipulations: For organisations with funding streams, arts institutions, and professional development contexts. Non-funded groups should use Community Rate.
Corporate
Half day: £500
Full day: £800
For corporate training, large organisations, and commercial workshops
Terms
I don't compromise on my rate.
As a queer practitioner, my rates are industry standard or below for my level of experience. I'm a queer tactics practitioner who has known tough times, and keeping my rates appropriate enables me to be sustainable and offer the best service.
Fair rates equal best service. When I'm able to sustain my practice, I can bring my full expertise, energy, and commitment to your project.
